oneAPI 3-day in-person Hackathon

DiRAC is partnering with Intel to host a 3-day in-person hackathon in Edinburgh from June 11th to 13th. The focus will be on utilizing Intel’s oneAPI Base Toolkit for code development across various GPU architectures. The event is aimed at experienced researchers who would like to:

• Investigate refactoring CPU-centric codes to GPU architecture
• Develop existing GPU-based codes for other architectures

Researchers are encouraged to collaborate in teams working on their own codes but applications from individuals will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Intel experts and DiRAC RSEs will be on hand to provide specialist support and DiRAC is able to offer a £250 contribution for each researcher towards accommodation and travel.
